shared private drive in Holton, pot holes have appeared in the drive, there is a dispute between our other two neighbours, one neighbours extended their patio and built a wall adjacent to holes, and the other has 2 large trees nearby. I think it's just general wear and tear but we need to investigate a possible underlying problem before carrying out repairs. Also some talk of possible drains underneath but again hearsay! How much for a survey and report please - what tests would be carried out?
