Closed Outdoor double sided clock mechanism and hand repair

I have a double faced outdoor clock which is attached to a fence post. It has two quarts battery operated mechanisms one on each side of the clock. One of which works the other isn't working. On the non operational side between the round glass and face the pin which holds the hands together has come loose and fallen into the clock. I would like to have a new AA battery clock mechanism installed to the non working side.
The current mechanisms are sat within round plastic discs with screw lid access.
The clock is very much loved by my parents. I have images which can be emailed. I would be grateful for any quotes to repair the hands and replace the mechanism.
