(Please note: between Remove & dispose and fitting, the plastering/decorating would need to be done)

Propping worktop to allow removal of base units
End panel
Single base unit 500 x 600 -including chipboard self finished and adjustable height
carcasses, plinths, pelmets, cornices and self finished door and drawer fronts
Sink base unit 1000 x 600 - Supply & fit - including chipboard self finished and adjustable height
carcasses, plinths, pelmets, cornices and self finished door and drawer fronts
Refit post formed roll edge worktop laminate finish not exceeding 600mm wide.

2. WALLS 4 m2
Plastering Walls
Hack off loose and defective plaster, bag and remove rake out and prepare
Bond and Skim coat finish only on existing surface, including bonding agent.
Decorating Walls
Apply mist coat of emulsion to new wall plaster
Prepare and apply two coats of emulsion to existing painted or papered surfaces.
3, PLUMBING
Kitchen sink
Take out, set aside and refit in former position kitchen sink c/w drainer
4. GENERAL
Preliminaries > Debris removal and boarding/sheeting up
Collect loose general debris & remove from site
