I arrange for common ground maintenance on behalf of all residents at Hayward Drive and Cochrane Place Galashiels. It mainly involves grass-cutting (mostly level ground) every two weeks with an area of approximately 1500 sq.m. (estimated). There is a secondary infrequent requirement to maintain an area of shrubbery. I prefer a "hands off" approach where you attend to the work automatically, invoice me monthly, and I will pay directly to your bank account immediately. I later collect payment from all residents.
