The work required is as follows:
Right flower bed - plants and weeds removed, soil replaced/ replenished. New plants/ shrubs put in if in budget [however new plants not required]
Left side - bottom two trees trimmed down to just above fence level. Top area near leanto door weeded and soil replaced/replenished.
Soil at bottom of garden removed.
