Closed Telescope Repairs

I have a Sky-Watcher Classic 200P Dobsonian telescope generally in perfect condition. The picture that is viewed is however very blurred. Reviewing the individual parts (removable and otherwise) does not accept provide any detail what could be the cause of the problem. It is very infrequently moved and the mirror on the inside appears free of any defects.
