Solicitor wanted urgently, my problems are as follows we moved into this property on the 24th of February 2020 living here for about five months heard nothing from everyone so assumed everything was okay. Bearing in mind this was a mutual exchange. We were told that we were not allowed to swap houses until both properties have been inspected and had a full electrical test carried out on both properties, we waited sometime a few days later had a phone call to say that everything was complete and we could move within the document. What he’s came over only to find out that the local company who are acting on behalf of my landlord had not done any inspection had not had any repairs done had not carried out an electrical installation test. I have made a subject access request for these inspection reports on three separate occasions and they will not provide. Is it now that I have been granted legal aid for discrimination. I don’t know whether that’s because the council are also trying to repossess my home because they’re saying I’m in arrears with my rent. This is simply not the case what happened was the local authority rent officer decided that she was going to make me pay bedroom tax if it killed me so she entered my house in benefit claim without my authority and deducted 14% to Levy bedroom tax hasn’t existed since 2019.
