The property is in two flats, two brothers, one suffering severe schizophrenia. The house is held in trust by the trustees, and at the passing away of my mother the insurer continued to provide insurance cover.
That has now been withdrawn, and I as the son with mental capacity seek to maintain insurance on the property.
