The basics of what I am looking for is some roofing, slates, internal walls skimmed and plasters, two internal non load bearing walls removed, lathe and plaster ceilings taken down and replaced, bathroom and kitchen fitted and a downstairs toilet put under the stairs. Some electrics and moving a loft hatch
