Hi, I am a small builder currently working on projects up to £100k. My usual business model is to provide an itemised supply and fix price from drawings & calcs, specialising in construction, ei ground works, bricklaying, steel erecting, 1st fix carpentry roofs, floors & partitions.
Up to now I have avoided BOQ's and contract work. I would like to go forward with more contractural works but I would need to be represented by an experience QS looking after my best interest as well as fulfilling statutory contract obligations.
