Closed Motorcycle Repair- Needs lowered, new brake lever chain tightened

Having dropped my motorbike and bending my brake leaver I feel it would be best if I could get my bike slightly lowered about an inch, also feel the chain could do with a little tightening and properly cleaned, thankyou.
