Hello I am proposing to purchase a property on Frederick Street, Goole DN14 5JP for £122k, this will be with my life savings and my "forever" home so I need to know that it is ok before I proceed. The areas I'm uncertain about are The Central Heating boiler ... It is rather old and the electric shower Soffits and Gutters Roof and attic I believe the property was built in the late 1800's and seems sound. I would appreciated it if you could confirm that these areas are covered in the survey and give me a quote for the survey, and how soon it can be completed.
