Closed Car Welding needed ASAP

Need some welding doing under the car on both the nearside and offside, on the offside I was jacking the car up and the jack has gone through floor, just behind the front wheel. On the nearside I was changing the wing on the car and had to cut the old wing underneath to remove it, as previous owner had welded it and there is nothing there to fix the underside of the wing to now, so need this section repairing/replaced.
