I want to have my brother's touring caravan scrapped. It is located at Volkswagen Milton Gate Didcot, their overspill carpark. I am writing, acting as my brother (Richard Mills) attorney. He has suffered a stroke and is unable to deal with this himself.

    Approx 4 metres long.
    Location: Marhalls overspill car park next to Premier Inn Oxford OX14 4TX
    Has been at this location, stopped for more than 3 years.
    It is jacked up, but tyres are in contact with ground.
    Tyre pressure (both tyres) was 20psi when I checked, then pumped up to 50psi (21 April 2023)
    Caravan door is unlocked. I'm working on getting the towball lock removed.
    I don't know if the wheels will turn and let the caravan be towed.
    Oven door is smashed.
