Closed Rubbish collection and disposal

I am moving to France and have cleared all household rubbish collected over 20 years. I have bagged (in HD plastic bags) all the rubbish to be removed. However there are 20 black bin liners full of sawdust collected from my small garden workshop. I have tried to separate metals from plastics etc. There are approx 20 sacks of small items and 22 bin liners full of sawdust and small wooden parts. It is mainly items I cannot take to my local waste disposal sites, as I am now disabled. Thank you.
