• All Bikes, posted on Thursday 6 April 2023 That code is usually an ignition switch resistor error, to do with the security system. Try using your spare key ? Or fitting a new battery into your key, if it has one ? If you need a new ignition switch, you must only use a GENUINE Suzuki one, as the pattern ones seldom work. Trev Stafford. All Bikes Ltd.   Beth smith, posted on Thursday 6 April 2023 Thank you for your response, I will have a look into getting a new battery for the key fob and check the wiring system. The bike does start after a couple of tries and stays running so it definitely sounds like a wiring issue. If I do need a new ignition switch I will definitely make sure I get a genuine Suzuki one. Thank you for the help!

  Beth smith, posted on Friday 7 April 2023 Hi, I have put a new battery into the key fob and now the bike starts instantly. Except the fi code is still there, unfortunately I won’t be able to get to folkstone as it’s too far for me as I am on cbt and still very new to riding motorbikes.
