Pain in both heels. First thing in morning they are very painful when I get out of bed and walk. Feels better after 5 minutes. If i go for a 5 mile pier walk they are fine during the walk but very painful after sitting for 15 minutes, lasts 4 hours. I'm 62 male. Thanks
