I have a lawnmower (hawksmoor) that’s around 14 months old and after the winter will not run. It starts then cuts out after a few seconds. I’ve changed the spark plug, put new oil and fuel in and cleaned both the air filter and carb with no luck. Looking for a quote for this to be looked at.
