Hello, i live in cardiff, i bought a second hand motorbike and submitted it for first mot(20 plate).it failed due to horn,headlamp and reg plate lamp not working.i have a suspicion the previous owner fitted twin led spotlights but somehow messed up the electrics.ideally i am looking for a mobile auto electrician who might be able to resolve? many thanks
