Closed Garage to fit front splitter and side skirts

Looking to get a front Splitter and Side Skirts fitted to my BMW E92.
It’s probably less than an hours work on a ramp, but struggling to find anyone who will do it for a sensible cost.
Already have the splitter and skirts, just need someone who can lift, drill and bolt on.
