Hello , Please provide a quote for an RICS survey valuation for a leasehold property. I own 75% of the property Midland Heart own the remaining 25% of the property. I have already received an offer of £135,000 for my share as the property has been valued by estate agents at £180000. Midland Heart insist on an RICS property valuation to confirm the valuation is correct. The property is a four bedded, timber framed, three storey semi detached house at 19, Tregaron Drive, Ley Hill, Northfield, B31 1JP.
