On the 10th March we're moving into a property built in 1900 needing upgrading and are looking for the following work to be carried out:
1. Initial check of property to identify potential issues weeks beginning 6th or 13th March;
2. Complete rewire and remedial floor and plaster work;
3. Addition of physical ethernet network
4. Replace gas fire in dining room
5. Remove and replace cracked bedroom ceiling
6. Addition of further loft insulation (existing is 25mm)
7. Investigate suitability for dry wall insulation
8. Inspect and repair roof as appropriate
9. Fit burglar alarm
