Closed VW 3 button key fob with blank blade cut to code

Need a new key fob with the blade cut to match original . Have the black strip with my key code on or can bring original key no programming required as i can swap top of new fob with top of current fob . The blade won't fold and is loose that's why I need a replacement. Information on the cost for this service and the time it will take to do the key would be greatly appreciated.Please leave a voicemail if you call when I'm busy.I will call you back straight away.thank you
