My daughter is soon to be turning one years old. I've been offered a job with set days which I'd love to take, its just the childcare being a issue. We live in burgh castle. The shift patterns vary, some shifts are only 3 1/2 hours long and others are 6 hours long. My mum can have her when she's off so wont need someone to have her the same days every week etc.
