Hi
It seems like the ratchet mechanism is badly worn on my upvc front door. Can the mechanism be replaced / repaired or have I got to have a new door? I do not know the age of the door or who made or supplied it. Need somebody to look at it and give me a quote. The mechanism cannot be taken away to repair as it is the only form of security to the front of the house.
