Is there a better option than timber as the door is exposed · Clear mid-level guttering and downpipes · Renew wooden balcony ( back elevation ) x 3 · Repairs to EWI where required · Paint external terracotta walls - colour like for like (3 elevations). · Paint all external metal works to include, hand rails to communal entrance, bin shed doors and pram shed doors.
