I am looking for my brother's rights. He has been in a civil partnership foe 22 years. Bought and built a home for their family of 2 kids. In both their names. She wants out but she wants him out, now she has a good job. He is a teacher and gave up teaching in school because she wanted to work more hours- now 90 a week. We are worried that he will lose everything he has built and don't know what rights he has at this time. He is still teaching online but she has become progressively colder and more aggressive and my brother is broken and doesn't know where he stands at this time. I am looking for the best person to talk to about this, I cannot get through to the CAB.
