You say small but what width, height, doors, finish, footings, drains, roof light, floor levels etc. Are you putting a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, in this new area? If you could let us know all of these factors, we could estimate a costing. As a rough guide - when building anything - it is £2,500 per square meter. That would get you the footings, floor, walls, roof and plastered. Anything you are planning to put in the space, is on top. For example a new kitchen.
