I need patient transport for my wife from our house at NW10 3EH to Dove Clinic at 10 Harley Street, London W1G 9PF. She is 75 years old and need stretcher? She can hardly walk. Will be accompanied by husband and one or two others to assist. Patient approx weight 35 kilos. transfer date Tuesday, 24 March 2015. Time of appointment with doctor is 4.15pm. afterwards patient will be returned to the house. patient is not incontinent. Medication is given only at 7am and 7pm. Food supplement capsules given orally. no luggage.
