Hi there,
I'm looking for a personal trainer to work with my boss' partner in-person, as he wants to get her a 10-session gift for her birthday. She has some experience with training solo as well as with PTs, and her current goals are bodybuilding (aesthetic musculature, not for competition) and overall strength and fitness. She doesn't have equipment with her, so an at-home trainer is preferred, but she can travel in the Ilford area if needed. Do you have a quote for a 10 session package, to start in the next couple of weeks?
