I have a FORME CURBAR 4 650b Mountain bike I do believe, it's 6ft tires or something around that. the back tire seems very stiff. I'm unaware if it's either the break pads/disc break or the chain/ peddles. When I reverse my bike it's very, very stiff and when I spin my back tire forward it comes to a stop rather quickly, when I try and spin it backwards it doesn't go anywhere at all. I wonder if it is one of those. How much would it cost to roughly fix?
