For months I have severe swelling and pain all around my right knee. I have limited mobility and severe pain when I kneel. My doctor reckons its A bursar and told me to do exercises but the condition is not improving. The only time I get relief Is when I stay off my feet for a couple of days at a time. I am 57 and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in my 30s. It is quite well controlled.
