My husband has physically assaulted me putting his hands around my throat and pushed me four times. Over the last 2 years I have left him a total of 5 times. During the last year I have been so bad mentally that I am under the mental health critical team. I have not worked for the last 18 months and since Jan of this year I am a full time carer for my dad living with him. I would like to know if I qualify for legal aid in getting a divorced as quickly as possible. Thank you
