Hired trader done only part of the job correctly, but took money for full job. Other part of the job has been started but they have no idea what they doing, used wrong materials, nothing was nice and straight, windows covered in render base coat. Basically he should not take this job because he had no clue what he is doing.
Is there anything I can do about it?
