Closed Replacement of section of plasterboard ceiling

We need the front half of the ceiling of our entrance hall (215cm x150cm total size) replacing. It's made of plasterboard and before the roof got fixed, it got inundated with rain water and now has a big hole in it. It's urgent because it interferes with the opening of the front door.
