We are looking for a local company to carry out a specification on a house in Bexhill for external repairs, and decoration, the building has not been touch for several years, scaffold in place at present to carry out some emergence repairs so while the scaffold in place be good idea to do a spec on the works could you let me know cost and time frame, many thanks alan
