Dog trainer required to help calm down a rather hyper 1 year old male Chihuahua. He’s been neutered and this hasn’t calmed him down any. He’s incredibly loving and gentle although sometimes a bit timid but he has a tendency to be incredibly hyper and almost doesn’t know when to calm down. He is also difficult to house train fully. He refuses to do poo’s outside and he will still wee in the house sometimes…….. HELP
