I run a successful Dog walking and Day care facility in South Stoke but I am now 70 in January and looking to start taking things easier next year, sort of semi retire. I employ 3 staff on PAYE, then we are 3 partners and I also employ 5 self employed dog walkers. I need advice on how I can begin taking a back seat but still draw an income.
