I am looking to get my roof check to ensure no damage has occurred on the inside of the house as there is evidence of water coming in before i bought the house.
It requires a new under sheet, under the tiles put in and then continued behind the gutter to ensure the water doesn't run back up under the tile.
I was also like a section of the wood facer filled with wood filler and 2 small rectangle tiles replaces on the front porch and that just checked over to see if its ok.
Then finally the edging cement shingle pebbledash that runs on the outside of the house just checked to see if it needs redoing.
