Closed Plumbers - built in hidden toilet cistern flush problem

My concealed imperial standard duo flush cistern (installed 2015) is vibrating after flushing. It works correctly, and when held / touched I can stop the vibration, but obviously that not ideal .... are you able to help, and if so how much please? Many thanks.
  • 3 years ago Now the vibrating has stopped , but it continually flushes , so I've tied up the arm holding the floaty thing to stop the flushing.
