I've a small project where I need to extend two stainless steel tube manifolds, using sections from two spares.
I've drawn up some plans/dims for cutting and reassembling to achieve the necessary length and also have the mating part that can be used as a jig during assembly.
The job requires approx 10 cuts and then 10 joints around the circumference of the reassembled tube sections (approx 20mm and 30mm dia x 1mm).
The joints need to be impervious and due to final location as neat as possible - ideally Id like to have the finished items chrome plated.
