Looking for GP referral trainer who can support a 79yr old man in his home x 2 sessions a week. He needs rehab work on his leg strength & building on his mobility confidence! He has some health conditions which affect his breathing, so gentle exercise required. Also continued support in diabetic dietary advice.

    Sharon O'Reilly, posted on Thursday 20 October 2022 Mobility and balance not good, he has atrophied due to lack of exercise. There has been some swelling in ankles but mainly due to current kidney issues. He is currently in hospital due to his diabetes but once discharged he wants to change his lifestyle for the better!
