I am a qualified integrative counsellor (to Degree level) looking to rent a quiet room, which offers privacy and confidentiality and easy access for clients. It would be big enough to sit three people comfortably and would be provide a confidential space (approximately 100 - 150ft I am guessing). I would be happy to rent a room, a comfortable outside space, converted garage, etc, or an unused room within an established business or within an existing therapy practice. The room would need to be away from (main) public areas, in order that I can offer a high level of confidentiality for my clients. I would also need access to a toilet and preferably a kitchen area. Ideally I would require 24/7 access with a minimum of Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 9-2pm yet all this would be negotiable. I am a highly professional individual and am very person centred and clean up after myself so I would not require any extra services other than the room. I hold public liability insurance and have a enhanced DBS check and am a registered member of the BACP. I am looking for a rental figure that is inclusive of all bills so I know what my full over head is per month. Please let me know what you charge, approximately, when contacting me.
