1) set up correct gear indexing, plus add five chain links to 8 speed single sram ex1 chainring system on an ebike, or replace chain with 122 link chain i have.
2) adjust spacing on 4-piston hydraulic 203mm disc breaks both front and back which slightly rub on discs while riding.
