We own a property, let to a UK Bank.
I also receive income from business investment in Pakistan (already pay tax on that in Pakistan).
We used to be non-resident, but now live in Dunstable.
Have been self-filing since 2012.
Am worried might do it wrong, since previously I had residential LET income, but now the income is from a bank.
Also, the money I bring from Pakistan, is usually about 7k every quarter, in cash, deposited to my bank - need to know how to declare that, and avoid double taxation.
Furthermore need tax advice for succession planning, and finally potentially seeking help to secure finance to purchase an investment flat, but that isn't a critical requirement.
