A friend was booked for an angiogram at Wythenshawe Hospital but there was no ambulance available to transport her from Macclesfield DG Hospital so she missed the appointment. Is it possible to book a private ambulance for such occasions and how much notice do you require? In addition can you please advise me of the cost. Thank you.
