Closed scooter not starting

I need someone to come out to me It's an electric scooter 5600w 60v 38ah. when I went to switch it on just 5 minutes later i did not start.
I took the ignition switch out thinking that was the issue, so I tried to jump start it but then realised it probably a fuse, but bottom line is I need Professional help please
