The main hall of St Arvans Meeting Rooms (behind church in St Arvans NP166EU) has a small patch of squeaky floorboards up against the wall shared with another property. I am suspicious the floorboards are no longer supported by a joist. The property was the former schoolroom and is quite old.
The Management Committee under the Trust Deed has to acquire 3 quotations before proceeding with one.
