Closed Patio laying using own materials

I have a 20m2 patio pack that needs laying (actual area is more like 18.5m2. I already have the paving slaps, cement, sharp sand and hardcore ready to use, but the person who was going to do the work has let me down. I also have a 2.5m diameter circle patio pack that I would like to be laid elsewhere in the garden.
