Hi, my 86 year old Dad is in hospital and unfortunately the pandemic took its toll on him and he can no longer look after himself. He has lived in his bungalow for 50 + years and always maintained it to a very high standard, that is sadly not the case now. Every room in the 2 bed semi detached bungalow in Bristol (BS7) needs modernising. What I am considering in building an extension on the back, so that me and my wife can move in to look after him and still maintain our own lives. Luckily the premises has a circa 80ft garden at the back. However, we have already hit a blocker. The bungalow is concrete (unity), therefore it makes sense to address that at the same time as building the extension. This is me asking my family to move and spending likely every penny I have. So need all the help I can get
